Preliminary Site Plan for Main Street Sidewalks: East Side Option

Our thanks to Senior Engineer Tiger Mann of New Canaan’s Department of Public Works, who provided high resolution pdfs of an alternative preliminary site plan Main Street sidewalks on the East Side from Lakeview Avenue to Farm Road. Plotter printouts are available in Town Hall for public viewing.

The preliminary site plan for sidewalks on the EAST side is divided into three segments:

1. East Side: Lakeview Avenue to just north of Millport Avenue
2. East Side: just north of Millport Avenue to just north of Down River Road
3. East Side: just north of Down River Road to Farm Road

Each pdf full size is 24″ x 36″. We suggest that abutting property owners click on the link to the relevant pdf and zoom in to see the detail along their portion of Main Street. (You will need to rotate the pdf counterclockwise.) You can print the pdf by clicking “shrink to paper size.”

Trees are marked which are to be saved. If your tree isn’t marked, it’s slated to come down.

**Note that the site plan shows Main Street itself laid out as the roadway is proposed to be, not as it currently is.
